EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM SANTAM

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE SANTAM just because i cancelled my policy with them.

The policy was cancelled on the 24th and the debir order ran on the 27th which is understandable but i was advised that i will ne refunded within 10 days. I then decided to allow them 10 working days for them to refund me but when i called on the 10th day just to find out if the refund is made, i was advised by a guy by the name of Mvukile that the request was never sent to their accounts department for a refund to be made. He promised that he will send them an urgent mail requesting them to refund me as i already waited for 10 working days. He assured me that the refund should be made within the next three working days. I called them again this morning only to find out that it's still not done. I spoke to Sarika who also promised to send an urgent mail to their accounts department. I'm still waiting even now.

This is so disappointing. I expected the best service since their premiums are so expensive.

SANTAM, CAN I PLEASE BE REFUNDED???????? ***...
