Extend car hire by only 1 day.

Iam really disappointed @Cinzia Gilfilian for refusing to extend my car hire for extra 1 days. My car was in accident late November 2023. by the time the claim was approved mid-December 2023, and the panel beaters were closing for the festive. All well waited for Jan 2024. Was told to bring in my car for repairs advised the panel beaters will only bring my car once all parts are received as I it was drivable, and I needed it. 29/01/2024 received a call from the panel beaters advising the parts have arrived I can bring it in asked how long will it take to repair the car was advised two weeks. Proceeded for car hire...fast forward the panel beaters advised my car will be ready on Friday 16/02/2024. Requested they extend with 1 day they refused. Was told to speak to Pierre Smith who advised he will escalate to manager: Erasmus Muller The car will be ready by Friday 16/02/2024 I need the car to take my child to school I am a single mother. Have been paying this insurance since March 2019 Almost 5 years and this is the treatment I get. Provisions are made or it depends on the skin color.
