Exclusion brekdown never provided nor on website

On the lexcorp website it says under the individuals cover that I would be covered for Personal and Family matters relating to Civil matters, ******** charges, Divorce, Custody and Maintenance of children. I am seeking to get custody of my daughter and i am told i am not covered and it states this in the exclusion document. firstly i never received an exclusion document and secondly it doesn't say anything about this document on the website. i find it very misleading and what is the point of taking cover if nothing is covered. <br> <br> Just disappointed sounds like another **** to me
