Excess Pay Back Not Happening
I was involved in an accident where somebody rear ended me. I took the vehicle to the assessment center and followed the procedure to get the vehicle repaired. Paid the excess. The vehicle has been repaired for months now still no excess re-payment. Send multiple emails to multiple people get no response or the one response I did get that they have not received all the paperwork yet. Does it really take months to sort out a claim!
