Exceptional Service yet again!

Zintle Cabadiya! Once again! She did not disappoint! Walked in and she immediately recognised me and greeted politely. I was comfortable to discuss my case in the foyer,but she quickly made a plan to get to an office. She went out of her way to escalate my request to her supervisor and finalised everything as he told her that I needed to get to my next appointment soon. Thanks a million Zintle!
