I was furious until I spoke with consultant Alegra Blauw from Santam Direct Team - shame the lady was so accommodating BUT NOT ONLY knows her PRODUCT SHE RENDERS her skills moving between every screen as she was ANSWERING EVERY QUESTION really astounding me Alegra Blauw is DEFINITELY an asset to Santam best they recognize her for her efforts going the EXTRA MILE in trying her LEVEL BEST to keep clients She did not give what I wanted BUT met me half way I have no problem with working with a company that understands the needs of there clients and appreciate that they SHOULD NOT RUN AT A LOSS but we all need to help one another ESPECIALLY IN THESE HARD ECONOMIC TIMES WELL DONE ALEGRA BLAUW!
