This is more for FAIRHURST, broker to Santam I would like to thank Marlene Oberholzer for her outstanding customer service. She's really been so amazing and restored my trust in humanity.

I've had an issue with someone that drove into my car and since day one she took control and kept me informed on a daily basis. She not just organised everything in order for my car to be fixed, she also arranged a rental for the week that I will not have my car.

I have such a busy schedule that I don't get to all of this. But Marlene made it all possible and arranged everything. I am really so so grateful for this.
