Exceptional customer service

I recently lost my bunch of keys, including my house and car keys, on a beach trip with a grandchild, and after fruitless searching had to replace them and log a claim with Santam. I received THE best service, from Sisanda Mtiki and Tasneem Bester of Santam's claims department. First Mr Mtiki patiently guided me telephonically in registering the claim. Afterwards, both he and Ms Bester kept us in the loop with the progress of the claims (vehicle and home insurance). The claims were finalised within days. This is customer service of the highest level!
