I would like to applaud an exceptional service received from a Lerato Ramela on processing of my 3rd party claim.

The claim was allocated to her few days ago and her professionalism and efficiency was amazing,I was able to get frequent updates from her without me asking and she was always rechargeable on her landline.

Such level of commitment in customer service is rare to find this days,people don’t care about how they treat customers,but Lerato proved otherwise and as I type this I am considering joining Santam as a client.
