Gladys assisted me with such willingness and professionalism today. I required a quote to cover my house contents, building, and 2 x vehicles. She went the extra mile by explaining what each criteria meant when I required more clarity, and definitely met my expectations as I wanted to save money and not having to pay excess fees. Absolutely loved being assisted by her. Good energy levels and very kind.
