Excellent service from Tarnelle when I really needed it

I had a stressful day today with a family member’s car breakdown. They weren’t insured on my insurance but I didn’t know who else to call. We were worried about safety on the side of the road and also the cost to tow. Tarnelle was professional, efficient and calm. By the time I was on the way to reach my family, a flatbed had been arranged and met us there. I was able to make payment directly to the driver and the car was taken back home. Even though assistance was not even for an insured member - Tarnelle was an absolute star in helping me. I cannot say thank you enough to her and Santam for assisting when they could easily have declined to help. Thank you!!!
