Excellent service from Santam insurance

On 3 June I was unable to get my car started due to a flat battery. The agents (suzuki) suggested I ask my insurer to assist with a tow. Within 15min of contacting Santam they had arranged for the car to be taken to the agent in Stellenbosch. They phoned several times over the next 2 hours to check that everything was going to plan, and never quibbled at any stage about paying.
