Excellent Service from Amanda Nzuza - Broker Services

I would like to take my hat off for the proficiency, professionality, and the extraordinary amount of patience and the most pleasant service that I received from Amanda Nzuza on Wednesday 24th April 2024. I recently started working as a broker but have been in the insurance industry for many years, and I interact with consultants daily for quotations, amendments etc, however, I’ve never interacted with someone that has made me feel this way i did on Wednesday. I called requesting for a quotation on behalf of a client and as I was doing the quotation, I did not have all the information readily available, and not once did she behave in a manner which could have made me look unprofessional, disorganised, or “stupid”. I honestly wish that all the consultants that I will ever deal with in future could be like her, it will make my life easy and pleasant. I do encourage her to remain as she is, and hope that she can deal with all brokers in the same manner. The service that she offers is truly one of the best services that I’ve encountered, having dealt with many service consultants in my life.
