I recently engaged with the Santam team (Thuli Dlamini, Vuyi, and Esona) regarding my vehicle insurance, and I want to commend the consultants for their outstanding service. They were incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help me explore more affordable premium options. Although I’ve made the decision to move to another provider for now due to cost, this is in no way a reflection on the team; their professionalism and willingness to assist was truly appreciated.
