excellent service
I had a motor car accident, a really stupid loss of concentration on my part. Santam was amazing from the point of reporting (thank you Yonela who was great). Yonela's first concern was me and am I OK and then accepting the report. Then Tessa who handled the claim and I am sure almost pulled her hair out in her persistent efforts to confirm details with you. Thank you both
