Excellent Service!

We went to Santam office today and the front desk lady connected us to the call centre. Our request was simple. We wanted to combine two separate policies with the same benefits for a better deal. Khaya was the employee who assisted us. The call was long, but throughout the call Khaya explained each step and why he was placing us on hold. The quality of service from Khaya was excellent and we got a better deal.
