Santam paid all my third-party claims without hesitation. Mogamat was very helpful and made sure all payments were paid on time. When the Panel beater kept on bringing new quotes with additional unseen damages, Santam required pictures as proof that the damages were caused by their client on the day of the accident. I am impressed and very thankful to everyone who handled my case. I am currently considering on moving to Santam as they offered me a better premium.
