Excellent service and unexpected additional premium savings

I called in to ask for my insurance schedule and a "no claims" letter to send to Outsurance (they failed to beat Santam's premiums and I wanted to claim my R500.00. Low hanging fruit 😅😂😅). Zisanda Nkumbi efficiently got all my documents and asked if all was well. I jokingly said "yes, but my premiums are high-ish".

A minute later, Nosipho Mangesi jumped in and the process to review my premiums began. Fast forward, I was offered a monthly reduction of R300.00 🥳🥳.
