Excellent service

Ebrahim Jamodien from Santam provided me with an exceptional service to restore my policy which was cancelled due to an error somewhere in the system. I have been a client with Santam for over 30 years and to have my policy cancelled like this was traumatic. Ebrahim provided a service to me which I was used to all these 30 years. A service that was professional, friendly, efficient and one where I am a client of Santam is valued.
