Excellent service

Had a burglary at my residence on 17 May 2024. Santam assigned Nathania Esau as Claims Service Consultant. She was fantastic. Empathetic when logging the claim. Professional and supportive during all email correspondence. Had to add another ****** item after she had basically finalised the claim, she did the adjustments after proof documentation sent in. Additional item was covered by Santam. I'm very grateful, Santam made a terrible experience a bit better, by NOT adding insult to 'injury'. I would recommend Santam to anyone. This was my first time claiming from Santam and it was a pleasant experience.
