Excellent Service

Had an excellent, hassle-free, claims process with Santam recently. From the time the claim was logged until the claim was paid out there was clear communication and a person to liaise with. Lauren Tantaal was my claims consultant and I must commend her on her professionalism and efficieny that my query was handled. Santam is by far the best insurance company to deal with, as they have easy to manage processes such as document uploading straight to your claim. Well Done Santam and Lauren.
