Excellent service
I received excellent service from a lady by the name of Jo-Mare Matthysen (EOH). What is normally a very stressful and traumatic experience was made a breeze by her professional manner and open lines of communication, I did not have to phone her even once to follow up as I was always updated on the progress of my claim. Working in the industry myself I know that employees like her are hard to come by! Give the lady a raise :)
