excellent response from claims service consultant
Recently had a collision with my car and was quickly and professionally assisted by Mansoor Martin who is the Motor Claims Service Consultant in the Direct claims department.
we never spoke directly but i was adequately updated via email on process and updates as i was in hospital. Thank you so much for speedy feedback and assistance.
