Kindly forward my appreciation and thanks to Santam Port Elizabeth, their call centre agents and Owen's for the excellent 5 star customer service I received from the start of my claim being submitted to the end when I collected my vehicle. An absolute treat as good "old" fashion service like this just does not happen these days.

Many thanks to you as well Sanet for taking over and handling this on my behalf it sure was a heavy weight lifted from my shoulders.
