Excellent customer service
I am honestly blown away by Lwazi Fanana for going the extra mile for me. I don't even have the words to show my gratitude for this agent but what you did is rare and honestly appreciated so much. This was in relation to the 4th September. Thank you Lwazi. May God bless you for the kindness you showed towards me, despite my anger. And thank you Santam for what you did for me as well.
