I had an excellent experience with Sioho while he assisted me with the updating of my debit order date. Where do you still get employees like that who will take their time to explain to guide and to make sure the customer do understand everything. He checked everything on my policy as well as sent me an updated policy document to make sure that I can see the changes made. Sipho is an asset to the company I trust that they do look after him. Employees like that will cause that clients will make use of their company’s services which I will definitely do at a later stage to take out more policies with Santam. Now I can see why Santam has such a good name because everyone is talking about Santam and their excellent customer services and the affordable products which is value for money which they offer. I had my car insured with Budget but I changed immediately when someone told me about the excellent service from Santam and the affordable products and the value which you get from the affordable products and I can say what I pay per month for my car is nothing in compare with all the benefits and most of the benefits is free can you believe it. I save lots and lots of money with Santam from R1400 per month with no benefits for my pocket I’m paying currently R800 per month with loads and loads of benefits which is not hurting my pocket at all. Thank you Sipho keep it up I wish I can talk to every time when I need a consultant at Santam. Keep it up well done and keep that drive and passion and love for your work it will pay off definitely. Where do you still get a consultant like Sipho with that excellent and amazing customer service much appreciated. You made my day it is a good feeling to liaise with someone who cares understand and want to make sure that the client is satisfied happy and after all understand the conversation much appreciated.
