Excellent Customer Service

I want to compliment Ebrahim Jamodien on the excellent customer service that he provided to me today. He listened carefully and patiently to my queries and sorted them out within seconds. I removed a product from my policy which should have impacted my monthly premium - but he managed to keep my premium exactly the way it currently is - which was completely unexpected - but very much welcome!
