Excellent customer service

Santam has excellent customer care service. Every time I call be it query or follow up on claim or documentation. The customer service keeps on improving. What you getter to day is more better than yesterday while you thought yesterday was best. Now when you call first thing they do is to ask for your number incase the line cut you off. Continual improvement 👏. My last interaction was with Luvo and Lelethu.
