Very helpful agent (Marvin) assisted me with a change of address for my contents insurance and a few other adjustments I wanted to make. And he managed to reduce my premium (probably due to a move from Joburg to Cape Town, but still...!) I also had excellent service from Lauren in claims who replaced my expired Santam card with some funds remaining. Excellent customer service all round.
