my mother is with Santam, when she was involved in an accident. we called the emergency line. the agent who helped us, was friendly and patient, he guided us on what to do, and what we would need to submit for the claim to be processed.

Bongi, who was handling the claim, was super helpful. as were other staff, whom we had to deal with.
