Excellent claim service

I recently interacted with Felicia Toll from Santam's claims department. I need to compliment her for the way she conducted herself throughout the whole process. She kept me informed and gave regular updates. Bearing in mind that another department within Santam has completely dropped the ball for another claim, she was indeed a breath of fresh air.
