Excellent Call Centre service

With great trepidation I phoned the Santam Call center to register a claim on behalf of a 3rd party. My fears were completely unnecessary when I was connected to Raisa (hope the spelling is correct) who effortlessly and with professional competence attended to registering the claim and Voila - It was done - with the bonus of a sense of humour and a smile in her voice. Santam is privileged to have Raisa as a member of the call centre team.
