Excellent and stress free service

All the stars for Charles Manyike! I feel comfortable and happy that I am getting basically the same coverage if not more that I was getting from previous insurer, only with half the premiums in Santam. This shows the value in having a very knowledgeable person like Charles who really did a great job in explaining in details every line and advising me. He also explained to me about the option for drivers who drives lesser kilometres in a year, and that got me excited as well because I was that driver. Charles really made the experience stress free and he was very patient in answering all my questions. At the end of the call I was so shocked that the call lasted that long because it did not feel that long at all, he was very professional, courteous and friendly.
