Excelent recovery on service

I recently called to amend my policy to add a new property to my policy, the first agent who called me mixed my policy up as I have a property insured for 5 years, it moved from my primary to other residence and all of a sudden burglary and theft was excluded yet I mentioned it was on cover for over 4 years. and previously when I spoke to a consultant all my cover was in place, after being told underwriting has declined my cover due to insufficient points, I sent a email querying this and a very helpful agent Nobuntu assisted to correct my policy and undo the error the previous agent did, Nobuntu you are a star, thank you for correcting my policy and ensuring all proper cover is in place , our family can sleep great at night xoxo
