Emergency Repairs.

Policy wording includes emergency repairs of R5000, but apparently this only covers cost whilst you are on a "trip" and does not specify long distance or urban trip. My heater radiator packed up and water is seeping onto the passenger floor carpet. Car also using excessive water in main radiator due to the heater radiator failure and this in my mind constitutes an emergency repair claim however Santam reckons it does not. Furthermore the heater radiator is mounted underneath the dashboard which makes it an internal component. Cancelling my insurance with immediate effect and moving to opposition.
