Embarrassing Service
I'm in the process of my claim and all things on my side is going OK. The service rendered to the 3rd party however is pathetic. Myself nor the 3rd party can get hold of the person responsible for handling the 3rd party claim. The 3rd parties insurance is handling the claim and will probably communicate with you sa Santam. But no - one from Santam is getting back to us to explain the process. Please call me on ********** 394
