Ek wil sê dat dit wonderlik was om met Thomas by Santam Versekering te werk. Hy het dit baie maklik gemaak om terug te kom en was bereid om alles in Afrikaans te verduidelik sodat ek alles kon verstaan. Hy was baie geduldig en bekwaam.
