A big thank you to Ebrahim Jamodien I was issued a 25% increase in my policy premium and thought it not fair for someone that has never claimed. Sent Santam an email and someone rep**** with a reduced premium .. I was still not happy as another company offered me a a really affordable premium as a pensioner we need to count our pennies. Sent Santam a cancellation and Ebrahim called me .. we still with Santam even though I could get cheaper elsewhere.
