Easy to claim
I’ve never claimed anything from insurance in my life so when I had to claim from Santam I was bracing myself for an uphill battle because of all the horror stories I’ve heard about insurance.
Well, I called, made the claim. Everyone did their job and I didn’t have to pay excess. It was a small claim but it was so easy. Thanks for just honouring our contract without a fuss. It’s a pity you raised my premium last month. I don’t understand why since the cars has depreciated and all that.
