Easy and painless claim process.

I moved my business insurance to Santam about a year ago and unfortunately had to make a large claim in November. There was a small hiccup in the beginning with a delay in appointing an assessor but other than that the process was seamless and once the assessor had been appointed the claim was paid out quickly.
