Drain Blockage Not Properly Resolved

A plumber was dispatched to unblock a drain at my property, and while the blockage initially appeared to be resolved, the drain became blocked again on Saturday. I waited until Sunday to see whether the issue would clear or improve, but the blockage remains unresolved.

I have since been informed that Santam is unable to send another plumber because my Home Assist allocations have been exhausted. However, my concern is that the original service did not fully resolve the problem, and the drain was not properly unblocked in the first instance.

I do not believe I should be disadvantaged or required to use an additional Home Assist allocation for a recurring issue that stems from an incomplete repair. I therefore request that this matter be reviewed and that a plumber be sent back to properly assess and resolve the blockage.

I would appreciate your urgent assistance and feedback on how this matter can be resolved.
