Dont waste your time with Santam - Nothing Works!

1. Ive been trying since yesterday to get my policy schedule via their whatsapp number. The number doesnt work as nothing happens when you interact with it! I've used this same whatsapp a couple times before 2. Due to the number not working I had to call this morning at 10:52am and spoke to a very nonchalant woman, who just brushed me off when I said the number is not working. Over an hour later and I still have not received my policy schedule!!
