Don't waste your time and money wih them

I have a claim with Santam since July 7th, the claim was assigned to (Chrischanda Lee) and she requested a lot of documents to submit which I did after 2 weeks the claim was assigned to Khanyisa Majingolo, she kept requesting more and more documents that require me to go to police station to get, she took 5 weeks then the case again was assigned to (Julia Mogase) she said that their client story is diffrent to my story and she needs a video footage of the incident(after 2 months). for the whole 2 months I didn't receive one call from them and I keep calling them with no assistance.

You better find a proper insurance company even if you will pay a little bit more.

I don't believe that the good reviews they have is right as they always immediately after getting bad review(proper companies don't do that)
