Dont trust Santam 3rd party , you will waste your money

A Santam client bumped into my car in the beginning of the year , she was very confident that her insurance will pay me out. I sent all my documents to Martie Prinsloo in February 2018 I still have no feedback. I am disgusted in the service that I am receiving from satam , whenever I ask how far the matter is I get a response that I should follow up with Julia Mogase at Santam , E-mail address ********** and this person is ignoring all my emails I asked Lindiwe Matsane to follow up for me and on the 18/ 10/2018 she just responded ‘’ Good day Sir / Madam You can follow up with Julia.Kind Regards Lindiwe Matsane PSGK ST Administration Claims Support’’ . I don’t understand what claims support mean if she cannot assist me last week I made sure that my fiancé and my father take away all their business away from satam because Satam is disgusting and have people that is not willing. I just want to be paid out what is due to me I feel so sorry for the women that bumped me and messed up my car because she is with the worse insurance provider ,the worst part is that she advised me with confidence that I will be paid out. Are you going to assist me or not? Why does your client have 3rd party insurance and why do you take my claim and tell me I will be paid out in six months and now I feel like you are running away? Your service is pathetic I would never even wont to work for your company it would be to embarrassing. SANTAM YOU SUCK!
