Don't choose Santam

Santam has offered the worst service ever. They had collected my items and sold my items. After doing that and not being able to get back my items they only paid me back 10%of the value of the items taken. They think that because they are a big company the can bully me. Thus matter has been escalated to ombuds and fsca. Not only are they ******** me, but this process took 6 months of me phoning weekly asking for an update.
