DO NOT USE SANTAM INSURANCE.

I took out a policy with Santam. I was promised great service and communication. I registered a claim for a break in and submitted all details such as case number, proof of ownership and photos as requested. Its been more than 3 weeks now and my claim is still being assesed. After speaking to my broker and the assesor and numorous emails nothing is being done and my claim still shows as being assesed. I am VERY UNHAPPY with the **** service Santam is providing. They should issue a sign along with the police that states, DO NOT BREAK IN YET, MY INSURANCE HAS ME ON A WAITING PERIOD. ******* dont wait, they break in and ***** whenever they want.
