DO NOT RECOMMEND - DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!

I claimed for my driveway after the recent 2022 floods in KZN. You have treated us like peasants after over 40 years of loyalty. You have an engineer that was sent to my property to assess the damage by the floods and he has damaged my driveway trying to remove drain covers. He has pulled up our Tar and left this unattended!!! This is unacceptable. The said engineer was rude, abrupt and condescending!!! The engineers report was NOT accurate!!!! I will be taking this further!!!!! You are an absolute disgrace!!!!!!!! If you care about yoru customers, then you have my number on file and you are welcome to call me!!!!
