DO NOT INSURER WITH SANTAM - USELESS SERVICE ALWAYS!!!!

ANOTHER REASON WHY I AM LEAVING SANTAM!!!! Called this useless insurer to get an updated policy schedule and claims history - spoke to Ncumisa who after wasting my time with AALLLL of their useless diclosures and checks, finally sent me the docs. The claims history was for 1MONTH - ***, am I supposed to do with that? Called again and had to go thru the SAME SH 1T again with another consultant!!!!!! Then theres a claim item under my vehicle that says "No Further Description". I asked the consultant what that was for and she didnt know and said I shud check with their claims line and that she would put me thru to them. This *** transferred me to their SOS line. That guy couldnt assist me so he said he would put me thru to the claims line, That idiot put me thru to their policy amendments team. There I spoke to Munira. SHe apologised blah blah and said she would not do a cold transfer this time to ensure that I get put thru to a claims consultant. Guess what, NO warm transfer of the call and Munira puts me thru to the DA-MN SOS line again! By this time Im 23minutes on this call!!! I got thru to POrtia, who offered to call me back and try and assist, which she did and within less than 3mins she was able to tell me what that claim was for!!
