Do not insure your vechicle with them. They delay claims, and do not settle at retail value.

Worse mistake I ever made was to be under written by Sanlam. My vechile was ****** 8 June 2024. Claim was lodged with Sanlam throuhg my brokers, AON, the Teusday. I had to follow up and follow up with Santam to appoint an assesor. More than a week later someone finally contacted me. He said he needed 15 ays to get claim resolved. Its been way more than that, everytime I follow up they suddenly need something else. Now they finally see that I am not a **** and my car is really ******. Now they are giving my brokers settelement values of R 200 000 less than retail value. Every day is costing me interest. I had to replace my car, so now I am paying for two cars. Santam doesnt care. Care about taking money but do not want to pay.

Do not take car insurance with them! *********!
