The way their service is top notch when joining you’d swear they were reputable. I have/had phone insurance with them under Santam Switch which they then said was moving to Santan Direct that I had confirmed with my banking details. It's 3 months now and I am yet to hear or see anything from them. I don’t t know what they expect me to do should I lose my phone. They reply with automated messages and thats that. Fast forward to this week. I logged a third party claim after a collision of which I received confirmation of claim and instruction to wait for contact. A day later I wake to the claimed being closed_ no phone call, no communication. So if you’re thinking of SANTAM. DON’T!!
